Our Approach
From the beginning, our approach has always been simply to purchase the finest ingredients available to us, prepare them with care and serve them in a clean, friendly environment. That simple, honest approach has been serving us and our guests well for nearly 30 years.
We focus on local sustainable products, from our farm fresh eggs to local produce. We source our pure maple syrup direct from Vermont and our delicious coffee from local roasters.
Of course the best ingredients are only the start. Each of our dishes is made with love and care from our made-from-scratch-soups, to our popular corned beef hash, legendary eggs Benedict and crowd pleasing fish tacos, just to name a few. Of course, our specials menu is always full of surprises.
When it comes to service and friendliness, some have described the 6a Café as being like the Cape’s version of “Cheers”, where everyone knows your name. We’d love to have you come see for yourself.
